Diet Time.

Do you ever look at a picture of yourself and think... "wow, I'm looking quite chubby"? Well that sad realization came to me yesterday when I looked at a picture of my niece and me. Although she looks adorable- I for one, am looking quite round. Now I know many of you are rolling your eyes, but for those of you who are, you know I have always been health conscious. I honestly think that as I creep closer to 30- my metabolic rate has slowed down... DRASTICALLY. Much to my dismay, I can no longer consume massive amounts of, well, anything. Bummer. So in order to cut out calories, I am no longer indulging in my evening glass of red wine, snacking on carrots instead of fruit (fruit has sugars), and consuming large quantities of water. I now pee as often as a pregnant woman in her third trimester. Regardless- I am reaching out to you, oh fellow bloggers and stalkers. Any diet tips you would like to share?

Again, Weight Watchers. I know you think I am crazy or maybe you don't want to count points...but they also have the Core Program. I can tell you about that if you are interested. Tiffany did the Core Program last week and lost 3lbs. I was 165 and now I bounce between 130 and 134 (depending on how I eat...)thanks to Weight Watchers! I think you look beautiful molly and I don't think you look chubby. You always eat healthy and run. Seriously, beautiful.

I don't diet but one thing that helps not only with health but with weight loss too.....drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water. The agency I was with when I was modeling hated diets (to often lead to eating disorders) but of course wanted skinny models so the fitness/nutrition guy pushed this among other tips. It helps you not to feel hungry as well and keeps your body flushed of toxins. That 8 glasses a day thing can't be true for everyone, we are all different shapes and sizes so the 1/2 your body weight in ounces is what we should go by. I agree with Natalia though, you are beautiful!

Hey I can tell you from experience, Dad was nick-named "Penguin" for a reason! It was not for his long legs and tiny waist. Did I tell you that I have lost 17 pounds? Woo Hoo! Don't ask me how many more I have to go.

Hey Biggie Molls!!

I am sadly coming to this realization, as well...at only 24 I now look at a Reese cup (even a MINIATURE!) and I gain 2lbs.

I was riding the Sober Train for 2 weeks because I was on medication and cried when I lost weight because I realized it was because I wasn't having romantic evenings with my delicious Cabernet every night.

Life is sad...but you're still more beautiful than EVER!

Miss you!
