Jeans in the Freezer

So, one of my friends told me that instead of

washing your jeans in the washer

where they risk the tragic possibility of

shrinking

you can roll them up

and put them in the freezer.

The cold temperature kill bacteria

something about putting my jeans next to

raw chicken

just grosses me out.
