Seasoned Steak Fries

2-3 lbs of Red Potatoes (leave skins on)
1 tsp. Red and Black Pepper Grill Seasoning
2 T. Flax seed
1 T. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. Dried Parsley
1 tsp. White Pepper
Olive Oil Spray

Directions:

Wash and cut red potatoes into 1 inch wedges and place on a coated baking sheet skin side down. Spray the top of the potatoes with olive oil spray also. Sprinkle each seasoning (except the grill peppers and flax seed) over potatoes until they are well coated. Make sure they are all separated. Take the flax seed and using a coffee grinder pulse into a fine powder. Now sprinkle the flax powder and grill seasoning on fries. Marinade Rubs are ideal if you don't have a lot of individual spices in your pantry. Bake on 400 degrees under a foil tent for 20 min and then broil for 5 min or until golden brown and crispy!
