This weekend...

My beloved sweet husband will leave me for a few months.

I may not answer your phone calls

and its because I'm allowing the weekend

to throw myself a pity-party

about being alone and pregnant.

but just the weekend

After that, life continues and I will do the things I love,

surround myself with those I love

and continue to be happy and thankful that

I married my best friend.

But for now, please excuse me as I spend the weekend

being bummed out.

I think I'm entitled just a few days, right?
