I've been waiting for my taste buds and my love for vegetables to return after a veggie baron winter. I have decided that I need to get back into the vegatable saddle.

Tonight I hope to make a a wonderful Bok Choy Stir-fry with short-grain brown rice. I tend to try and buy organic bok choy because it is full of flavor. It feels so cleansing to be eating veggies and grains again - cleansing to my body, my mind, my soul. Seriously. Even more than that, I tend to feel more satisfied after dinner.
